Experience & Qualifications

Drawing on my Marine Corps experience and passion for transformative leadership, I create safety frameworks that work in practice, not just on paper. My approach sits at the intersection of public administration, gun violence prevention, and trauma-informed safety education, turning vision into reality through clear policies and empowered teams.

As founder of Goliath Tactical Firearms Training, I've developed community-centered safety and self-defense programs for diverse Colorado organizations, focusing on building confidence and dignity rather than instilling fear.

Prior to my training work, I directed housing and crisis response programs that made measurable impact—cutting emergency calls by nearly half and rapidly filling a 65-unit Permanent Supportive Housing complex through innovative systems and team development.

Whether shaping policy, managing programs, or teaching practical skills, my commitment remains constant: to educate, empower, and equip communities with the safety solutions they truly need.

The Questions That Shape My Work

What does safety look like when the people most impacted by harm are trusted to lead?

Who gets protected and who gets punished in our current systems?

How do we build power where we are, rather than just surviving where we are?

What does preparedness look like without becoming consumed by fear?
